Ziphouse is undertaking the issue of corporate loan notes to eligible Investors to raise up to £6,500,000 by the issue of the five year Loan Note. This will provide funding for many of the below market value property purchases.

Ziphouse offers the opportunity to investors to subscribe for the loan notes with a minimum investment of £2,000.

10% per annum interest will be paid on a biannual basis over a five-year Loan Note term.

The redemption of the loan notes and the interest payable on them are to be funded from the profits generated by the Ziphouse’s operational strategy, using the net proceeds of the Loan Notes issued.

The Company believes that sufficient profits will be created to fund interest on and redemption of the Loan Notes.

Ziphouse Limited will provide Loan Note investors quarterly updates on all ongoing and potential purchases.
