Mid Term Inspections
Mid Term or Interim Condition Reports are carried out on a regular basis to keep track of any issues regarding your property.
One of our experienced Inventory Clerks will attend the property and assess the condition and general cleanliness of the property. They will take pictures of each room and of any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
They will liaise with your tenants to discuss any issues that may have arisen during their tenancy and relay their comments with photographic evidence via their report.
During their inspection, all Smoke and CO alarms will be tested for audible alarm and Gas and Electric meters will be read.
